Jason Harrison (from here on referred to as "SIMPLY HUMAN"), of 48 Tunbridge Crescent, Liphook, Hampshire GU30 7QH, United Kingdom maintains this website, any courses or coaching offered and other linked and related sites (the “Site”) for the use of its customers, vendors, students, and other Site users (“Users”) upon agreement to the following terms. Please read the terms carefully before using the Site. Use of this website indicates acceptance of these “Terms of Use” and forms a binding agreement between you and simply human. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site.

1. Use of Site

SIMPLY HUMAN provides various downloadable materials, information, questions, and other information on this and related sites and in courses offered through this site (the “Materials”). 

Downloading Materials

SIMPLY HUMAN authorizes each User to view and sometimes download one copy of the Materials. Materials may be downloaded and a maximum of one copy of the Materials may be printed provided that Users make no modifications to the Materials and you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original Materials on any copies of the Materials. Users may not modify the Materials at this Site in any way or reproduce, share or distribute them. Users will keep all Materials confidential, and will not sell, auction, loan, rent, give away, describe, summarize, or otherwise reveal the Materials or their contents, to any other person or entity. Any breach of these Terms of Use automatically terminates your authorised use of the Site.

Account Information

When setting up and maintaining your account, you must provide and continue to provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address. You may not transfer your account to someone else or use someone else’s account without their permission. When enrolling in a class or course you agree not to share your log in details with anyone else and agree to notify us immediately if you discover that someone else may have been using your account and log in details without your permission.

2. Buying a Course

In order to purchase one of our Materials you need to first create an account. Once you created an account you can sign-in. You can then choose to purchase a single course or a course bundle, paying a one-time fee. 

Taxes / VAT

All prices shown on our website include the appropriate VAT. For all e-courses offered the VAT depends on the residential country of you, the buyer of the product. That is why it is necessary to provide your country during checkout. This applies to all buyers within the European Union. The exact amount and percentage of VAT will be shown on your invoice.

If you are residing outside the EU no taxes or VAT are included in the prices.

Payment methods

We offer two Payment Methods. For one-time payments you can choose between PayPal and Credit Card payments processed by STRIPE.

Steps of Purchase

The "Buy Now" buttons on the landing page of a course will lead you to a new window, the checkout window. If you have not signed-in to your account you will be asked to do so now or create a new account. You can now review your purchase in this check out window. Before being able to complete the purchase you must agree to these Terms and Conditions and our privacy policy.

Clicking on "Buy Now" within the check out window will let you provide the necessary information for Credit Card payments though STRIPE or payments through PayPal.

If your payment was defined as successful by either PayPal or STRIPE you will be granted access to the purchased Materials for the time indicated during the check out process (e.g. for example 6 or 12 month's access or lifetime access etc.)

Coupon codes

From time to time special offers, early bird prices and discounts will be made available for teacher training and short courses.  A coupon code will be published or shared which is applied at the checkout. Coupon Codes are published with an expiry date or limited quantity. When the number of enrolments in the course either meet the quantity of coupons available, or where the end date of the coupon has elapsed, the offer will no longer be valid. 

3. Refunds and Cancellation

Due to the nature of the SIMPLY HUMAN Materials, there are no refunds available. When you purchase the course, you are consenting to the Terms of Use and refund policies. 

4. Trademark and Copyright

SIMPLY HUMAN, and certain other brands, trademarks, and service marks are marks of SIMPLY HUMAN and its affiliates. The Materials on this Site are copyrighted, and any unauthorized use of any Materials on this Site may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5. Hyperlinks

Links to external websites are provided solely as a convenience to you. SIMPLY HUMAN has not reviewed all of these external websites, does not control and is not responsible for any of these sites or their content. If you decide to access any of the external websites linked to this Site, you do so entirely at your own risk.

6. No Warranty

The Materials provided at this site are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property. SIMPLY HUMAN may make changes to the Materials at this Site, or to the services and prices described in them, at any time without notice. 

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will SIMPLY HUMAN, its suppliers, or other third parties mentioned at this Site be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, those resulting from interruption of services or inaccurate information) arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of the use of this Site, any websites liked to this Site, or the Materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of the Materials or information from this Site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume all costs thereof.

The Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
